From initial system specification through commissioning and long-term maintenance, our field engineering team supports every stage of your compressor installation lifecycle.
Our application engineering team analyzes your operating conditions — evaporating temperature, condensing temperature, ambient range, duty cycle, and refrigerant preference — to specify the compressor model with the optimal balance of COP, capacity, and reliability for your system.
Dedicated co-development programs for system integrators. We provide CAD libraries, vibration isolation specs, electrical wiring diagrams, and performance curve datasets for seamless integration into your equipment platform.
Factory-trained technicians perform on-site commissioning including superheat and subcooling verification, oil charge confirmation, electrical parameter checks, and safety interlock validation. Every start-up is documented with a formal commissioning report.
Scheduled maintenance plans based on operating hours and compressor type. Includes oil analysis, bearing condition monitoring, electrical insulation testing, and refrigerant leak detection using electronic and ultrasonic methods.
Round-the-clock access to Embraco field engineers for compressor diagnostics, fault code interpretation, and emergency replacement coordination. Average response time under 4 hours across our 20 global service centers.
Define operating envelope, duty profile, ambient conditions, and regulatory constraints.
Model multiple compressor options against your operating profile to identify optimal COP and IPLV performance.
Provide mechanical, electrical, and controls integration documentation tailored to your system architecture.
Every unit undergoes full-load and part-load testing with documented performance curves before shipment.
On-site start-up, parameter verification, and formal commissioning report delivery.
Preventive maintenance scheduling, remote monitoring integration, and continuous performance optimization.
Our 4-hour emergency response commitment applies to locations within 150 km of any of our 20 global service centers. Sites beyond this radius receive next-business-day response under standard service agreements, or 8-hour response under premium contracts. Remote and offshore installations require project-specific service arrangements negotiated during commissioning.
Embraco service contracts cover Embraco-manufactured compressors and Embraco-supplied ancillary components (oil separators, VFD panels, electronic controllers). System-level components manufactured by third parties — condensers, evaporators, piping, and BMS integration — fall outside our service scope unless explicitly included in a custom service agreement.
